The apartment has 6 units and is managed well with the association.

The unit is located in first floor(mezananine floor is car parking), so actually it is one and half floor(no elevators).

It has got good supply of metro water available through sump/overhead tank on most days of the year. Also well water supply is available.

The unit has living room, two bedrooms, one kitchen, and a small pooja place.

It has got two bath/toilets attached one with Indian and other Western Toilet systems.

The apartment is available for immediate occupation and we expect a 6 months advance money.

We prefer no pets.
